About The Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills required for employment readiness
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual requirements
  • Enhance employability through training and support referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

We are seeking driven professionals who excel in communication and can demonstrate composure and adaptability in challenging situations.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
