The selected Lead Financial Accountant will be instrumental in delivering precise and timely financial reporting and management for a diverse clientele worldwide.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the creation of statutory financial reports for year-end compliance.
  • Compiling month-end management reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, tax reconciliations, and profit and loss statements.
  • Supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Contributing to process enhancement initiatives and system implementations as needed.
  • Generating financial reports and income tax documentation for international entities.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver month-end analyses and provide strategic guidance on budgets and forecasts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm, with proven experience in meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs to senior management. The successful applicant will meet the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
  • Proven expertise in preparing statutory financial statements for large corporate groups.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of working under pressure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles, with experience in delivering board reports to senior stakeholders.
