About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer with water industry or industrial plant experience to join our high-performing water team at KBR Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop LV electrical systems, including schematics, equipment layout, lighting, motor control centers, and communications systems.
  • Work on SCADA, instrumentation, and PLCs.
  • Collaborate with our water team to deliver major capital projects and facility upgrades to water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Contribute to team success by delivering outcomes for clients and driving project delivery.

Requirements

  • Hold an accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or related).
  • Design experience with knowledge of industry standards and a solid understanding of instrumentation, controls, SCADA, and LV design.
  • Proven ability to work in engineering and design modeling teams and support projects through scope, budget, and delivery.
  • Previous experience gained within industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, or consulting.
