About Our Cleaning Supervisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cleaning supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional cleaning services to schools.
Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, training and mentoring new employees, and developing strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to deliver high-quality results
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage and coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and report on cleaning quality and performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high-quality results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
