We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager who embodies a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic. This role involves both office management and fieldwork, providing an opportunity to lead our cleaning operations while ensuring the highest standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage cleaning operations, ensuring quality and efficiency across all service areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high standards and achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with office duties, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both in the office and in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven cleaning experience across domestic, vacate, deep, office, and builders cleans.
- **Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.**:

- Strong management skills, with the ability to lead a team and operate autonomously.
- Familiarity with office technology and software.
- Well-presented, with a commitment to delivering professional services.

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own car and a full driver's license.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Recent police check.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
