Operations Manager - Cleaning Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning services across multiple sites in Melbourne's metro and south-western regions.

This is a mobile, hands-on role ideal for someone currently in a low to mid-level management position within the cleaning industry who is ready to step up and grow their career.

About the Role
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the cleaning services contract to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure financial viability
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and internal communications
  • Support and lead cleaning teams across multiple sites
  • Identify service gaps and implement solutions
  • E nsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to business development and identify growth opportunities

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management or operational support within cleaning environments
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience maintaining cleaning standards and managing client relationships
  • Valid and full Australian driver's licence
  • Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check and pass a medical and drug/alcohol test

Preferred but not compulsory hands-on experience of Biohazard and periodical cleaning procedures.
