Job Title: Home Care Worker Opportunity in Taree

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Taree. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and engage our customers in lifestyle activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our customers, helping them to manage their daily lives.
  • Transport our customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them to stay connected with their community.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia, in a compassionate and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
  • You should be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
