Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Taree, NSW. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with complex care needs, such as dementia

Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle

  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
