The successful candidate will be responsible for phone and counter sales, promotion and up-selling of new products and initiatives, development and upkeep of in-store displays and promotional material, stock management and dispatching and receiving of goods.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Industrial and safety equipment knowledge is highly advantageous.
