Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Toowoomba, QLD. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, estimating costs, and scheduling deliveries. The role involves managing customer accounts, prospecting new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
