Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in modular home construction to join our dynamic team.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the construction team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee all aspects of modular home construction, including site preparation, building installation, and final handover.
  • Manage budgets and cost control measures to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes and meet quality expectations.
  • Implement and maintain workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Apply a clear understanding of modern construction methods and relevant building standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage risk and resolve issues to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification and/or builder's licence (preferred).
  • Current white card (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building installations (preferred but not essential).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS practices, and NCC building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
