Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead with a proven track record in managing modular home construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and risk management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage budgets and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
