Our organization is seeking a skilled Disability Program Manager to oversee the delivery of services to individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and managing disability programs, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible support and services they need to live a fulfilling life.

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Coordinate services and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Supervise and lead staff
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in a Health-related field, at least 3 years of experience working with people with disabilities and service coordination, and strong knowledge of disability-related laws and regulations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
