**Disability Services Australia** provide pathways for people with a disability into employment (mainstream and supported) and independent accommodation. Our Packaging Solutions Team is an Australian Disability Enterprise providing meaningful direct employment for people with a disability and provides third party supply chain solutions for local, national and international businesses. We pack and label products for more than 70 business customers each year, which gives our employees the opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading brands.

**What will you be doing?**

You will help to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring a safe and productive work environment for your team and co-workers.

As the Production Coordinator, you will be monitoring daily production schedules, maintaining quality assurance and control procedures, supervising employees who have a disability and resolving customer enquiries that may arise.

**The Details**:

- Based in Seven Hills
- Monday - Friday
- 6 months fixed term contract
- Pay rate _$55k + super + salary packaging_

**What do you need?**

You will need experience in a warehouse/packaging environment and
- Experience supervising staff in a production environment
- Experience in monitoring production quality, accuracy and delivery timeframes.
- Ability to provide good customer service, meet time frames and prioritise workload
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work alongside people with a disability
- Good attention to detail to check stock levels and sign off deliveries
- Current COVID vaccination

To work at **DSA**, you will require probity checks including NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
