  • Assisting in overseeing stockroom operations and providing feedback to management on required resources to meet stockroom operational needs.
  • Representing the brand by showcasing products in an inspiring and impactful manner.
  • Driving compliance with Global Retail operational directives and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the factory outlet experience.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Supporting commercial goals through excellent customer service and teamwork.

Desirable qualifications include experience as a retail team leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, with expertise in stockroom procedures.
