Inventory Management Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. As the Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and appropriate levels of stock to meet customer demand.
You will play a crucial role in driving scheduled cycle counts to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce shrinkage loss.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining stock accuracy and levels through effective inventory management practices.
- Analyzing data and reports to inform operational decisions and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and collaborating with the store team to resolve issues.
- Implementing process improvements through coaching and collaboration with the Senior Management team and Supply Chain.
- Coordinating stock distribution and organization to ensure seamless operations.
- Training and educating the team on inventory management best practices and policies.
- Processing and replenishing stock, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders.
