The Role

This Senior Project Manager role will oversee the development of new products and services, as well as new internal information systems and applications. You will manage significant projects with major banking and finance clients within the Capital Markets sector.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients, local colleagues, and the global team to manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and goals.
  • Manage project risk and assist with problem resolution.
  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of end-to-end Project Management experience in IT Software Implementation Projects for Banking/Capital Markets.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines, as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.
  • Advanced skills with project management software.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or business administration, or equivalent experience, with PMP certification may be required.
