Construction Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction team in Geelong/West.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of construction supervisors, promoting professional growth and high performance.
  2. Monitor and update job status in real time, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  3. Develop and track regional budgets, working with supervisors to maximize build efficiency.
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of warranty and progress claims.
  5. Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and trade contractors, addressing performance, quality, or delivery issues.
  6. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, upholding contractual obligations and building standards.
  7. Minimize ETS through proactive planning and cost-effective problem-solving.
  8. Address escalated client concerns efficiently, maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  9. Analyze client feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Conduct final quality assurance inspections prior to client walkthroughs.
