Job Overview

The position of MineStar Site Manager is a key leadership role that partners with dealers and customers to ensure optimal product performance, supporting high operational output for the customer.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of highly skilled site-based employees to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Maintain key site performance metrics including MineStar technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, MineStar fleet productivity, and safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with the MineStar for Underground Product Support team to report any suspected product defects, collect MineStar troubleshooting data, and define interim corrective actions.
  4. Develop new products and services to meet customer current and future needs at a job site.
  5. Develop, prioritize, and implement strategies to address customer needs and ensure dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy.
  6. Advise on strategic direction for proper equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.

Requirements
  • University degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with CAT MineStar Technology is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in technology or mining fields is required.
  • Customer Focus skills: knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Consulting skills: knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients.
  • Effective Communication skills: understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Problem Solving skills: knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
