Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our IT Program Delivery team at Standards Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with us on delivering digital transformational projects that support our corporate vision.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with Project Managers, business unit leaders and cross-functional team members to ensure that business and functional requirements for technology projects are agreed, documented, and delivered through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.

You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, creating solution flow diagrams and use cases, collaborating with Tech Leads, analysing functional epics and creating user stories, consulting with stakeholders to create design artefacts, performing gap analysis, identifying impacted applications, leading refinement and grooming ceremonies, capturing stakeholder feedback, attending Architectural Review Board and Big Room Planning sessions, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and IT systems
  • Proficient in technical documentation and modelling tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Agile and hybrid development environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
