Built environment projects are shaping the future, and we seek an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to drive these initiatives forward.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering detailed electrical engineering design, from concept to completion. They will lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive electrical engineering designs that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
  • Lead electrical engineering projects through all phases, including tender preparation, design delivery, and construction support.
  • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear communication and project updates.
  • Participate in business development activities to grow existing and new client relationships.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in Australian building services consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction.
  • Chartered Engineer status in Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
