Job Title: Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to provide quality care to clients in their own homes, supporting independence and well-being within communities.

This casual position offers shifts across seven days, mainly during afternoons and nights, with occasional mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering personal care and assistance with daily activities for the elderly or individuals with disabilities.
  2. Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  3. Organizing social outings and transportation services for clients.
  4. Providing in-home respite care following a tailored care plan.
  5. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being.
  6. Building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Driver's license, vehicle ownership, and comprehensive insurance coverage (essential).
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (mandatory).
  • Experience in Aged Care or Disability support environments.
