We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Finance Team, perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced and creative atmosphere. As a key member of our Finance Team, you'll play a vital part in keeping our financial engine running - supporting day-to-day transactions, assisting with month-end reporting, and collaborating with teams across the business to ensure everything adds up behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and general ledger coordination
  • Contributing to month-end tasks alongside the wider finance team
  • Helping prepare accurate financial reports to meet key deadlines
  • Pitching in with finance admin and ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
  • 6 month to 2 years of professional experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of people - including those outside of finance

You'll be a great fit if you have a proactive, team-first mindset, eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines, and a genuine interest in the music and events industry is a bonus.
