Job Summary:

The role of a Warehouse Clerk is a critical position within our operations, requiring a high degree of organization and attention to detail.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our facilities, from receipt to dispatch.

This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with planning, production, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations and optimal stock management.

A strong understanding of warehouse management principles and procedures is essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

With your experience in inventory management and WMS systems, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and efficiency through effective stock control.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate sample collection of ingredients with suppliers
  • Review stock variances and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
  • Implement FIFO practices to minimize waste and optimize stock usage
  • Verify accuracy of warehouse transactions and update records accordingly
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Monitor daily stock variance reports and coordinate with relevant teams to address any issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; warehousing or previous management experience advantageous
  • Proven experience in warehouse management with a strong understanding of inventory management, 3PL operations, and WMS systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
