We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an essential part of our operations, you will be responsible for the effective management of our warehouse inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reorganize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
  • Implement systems for inventory management and tracking.
  • Prepare and stage furniture and styling items for upcoming installations.
  • Load and unload furniture and heavy items safely.
  • Transport items to and from properties using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pickup aligned with project schedules.
  • Assist in the setup of furniture and styling elements at client properties.
  • Carefully pack down and return items post-installation.
  • Collaborate with the styling team to anticipate project needs.
  • Create and manage checklists to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Pre-plan logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

We require:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Physically capable of handling heavy items safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid ABN and Open Car License.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
