  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Oversee junior staff in preparing high-quality reports for internal and external clients, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • • Identify and convert opportunities to win new projects.
  • • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients and team members on best practices in hydrogeology.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of industry experience, including:
  • • Experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • • Strong technical skills and knowledge of numerical hydrogeological modeling.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior staff.
  • • A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • • Australia Citizenship or rights to work in Australia.
