Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Specialist to play a key role in the delivery of a new Human Capital Management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the way we deliver HR services into the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze and document business requirements to ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
  • Map current and future state HR processes and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop user stories, use cases and process diagrams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent, with a proven track record on HCM or ERP transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business practices, with hands-on experience with HCM platforms.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills to drive business outcomes.
