About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficient logistics and warehouse management.

Main Responsibilities
  • To manage the logistics cycle, including stock quality inspections, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and delivery efficiency
  • Liaise and negotiate with trades and service providers
  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan delivery routes, and process shipments
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
  • Manage and supervise external maintenance and cleaning staff
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Highly developed personal skills, including experience as a Logistics and Facilities Manager
  • Proven record of successful distribution and logistics management, including export controls
  • Demonstratable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Hold, or be prepared to train to obtain a forklift license
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Working Conditions
