**Support Worker Needed for Brisbane QLD**

Casual /part time positions available with immediate start.

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people by providing support and assistance with daily living tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Our team is dynamic and supportive, and we offer a competitive hourly rate, car and travel allowances, learning and development opportunities, and a friendly work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and medication assistance to clients
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with older adults or NDIS clients
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Smart mobile phone with internet access
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Current Australian Federal Police check
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
  • Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
