About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Latrobe Regional Hospital.

Job Description

The successful applicant will work in our Avon Unit, providing acute medical care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Avon Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in general medical nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems

Location

This role is based at our hospital in Gippsland, Victoria, approximately 150 km east of Melbourne. Our modern facility offers a range of specialist health services and provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Salary Range

The salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
