Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

The Role:
  • Work across various food and beverage outlets, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Serve food and beverages to a high standard, highlighting promotions and preparing specialty drinks with flair.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the menu and promotional activities, handling cash and credit transactions with ease.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and F&B colleagues to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment or within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
  • A current Valid RSA Certification & Food Safety Certificate (food safety training can be organized by the employer).
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills – warm, welcoming, and approachable.
