Disability Services Manager

Bare Care provides disability support services allowing individuals to achieve their goals.
We champion the right of people with a disability to live, work and participate in their communities without unnecessary boundaries.
Our role is to empower individuals to make informed choices about how their funding is spent.
As a Support Service Team Lead, you will provide guidance and oversight while supporting individuals to build relationships within their communities.
You will maintain high standards, develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and take direct responsibility for key service areas including referrals, health and safety, compliance and financial management.
You will also play a strategic role in defining and implementing our growth plans.
Key qualifications and skills required:
- A relevant qualification in disability (Cert IV or higher)
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role overseeing/coordinating disability services and managing staff in a residential setting
- Experience working with residents with complex needs and behaviours of concern
- Ability to engage, build and maintain stakeholder relationships and negotiate effectively
- Experience writing incident reports
- A current driver's license, mandatory
