About the Role:

  • Develop and execute new capabilities in global product operations and country-specific payroll expertise.">
  • Execute routine audits on STP filings and superannuation payments for Australian customers.">
  • Assist with monthly payroll tax filings and payments throughout the ANZ region.">
  • Drive issue resolution and communication with various government agencies such as ATO and IRD.">
  • Directly engage with our customers and effectively resolve their issues.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience managing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand, with familiarity in Singapore considered a plus.">
  • Prior involvement with STP reporting, tax calculations, payroll product configurations, superannuation, and resolving tax notices with the ATO.">
  • Familiarity with ANZ HR & Payroll law and policy.">
  • Minimum of 2+ years in global payroll and minimum of 3+ years in a client-facing role.">
  • Ability to manage and solve a queue of customer support tickets.">
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution.">
