Key Responsibilities:- Administer, maintain, and optimize Dayforce Human Capital Management system and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of business-critical systems through user access management, integration oversight, and technical support.
- Oversee system performance, security, and user access for Dayforce and related applications.
- Identify technology solutions that align with architecture and business requirements.
- Prepare solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage integrations and resolve system issues for business continuity.
- Contribute to enterprise initiatives through design, communication, and solution delivery.
