The Role:

We seek an experienced leader to join our Facilities Management team as Head of Workplace Experience in Australia. This permanent role will oversee the optimization of workplace experience and real estate budgets, ensuring consistency with regional cost allocations and policies.

The successful candidate will:

  • Optimize Workplace Experience & Real Estate budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and professional policies as well as Sanofi HSE objectives.
  • Negotiate, align & manage services with External Service Providers.
  • Implement, monitor & report KPI's & follow up on efficiency of implemented processes, service provider optimizations, strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Hospitality Services (HS) coordination.
  • Monitor Resident Feedback and Satisfaction levels.
  • Lead the Workplace Experience organization in Australia.
  • Establish sound physical safeguards for Sanofi-owned and leased sites.

People Management:

  • Recruit, develop and coach for high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and annual review discussions.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality Mindset & Service Oriented.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • English Fluency, spoken and written.
  • Quality Results Oriented.
  • Coaching & People Management Skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • At least 10-years of experience in managing office facilities.
  • Experience in managing and working within a multi-cultural team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Corporate Security Risks and Management.
  • Certification in Facility Management or Environmental Management.
  • Experience in office restacking projects.
