Support people living with disabilities and help them maximize their NDIS plans.
- Assess needs and coordinate support for participants referred to our organization.
Develop strong relationships with quasi-government bodies, disability associations, and stakeholders.
- Implement NDIS Plans, coordinate services and supports, complete necessary administration, and maintain records.
- Deliver presentations to organizations, support groups, and individuals to promote our organization's services and expertise.

Requirements:- Current driver's license, willingness to travel to clients where required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar.
- Experience or knowledge in complex family health issues would be beneficial.
