Disability Advocate Role

This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
- Assist clients in daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Degree in disability support, social work or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
