Job Description

We are seeking a digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Digital & Social Manager. This role will be based in Sydney and will involve delivering amazing campaigns for an incredible roster of artists.

  • Create digital marketing campaigns for domestic and international releases.
  • Develop and execute audience growth and engagement strategies.
  • Manage strategy, rollout and content distribution across label and artist channels.
  • Drive e-commerce success through social media and websites.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers and creators.
  • Report on metrics and understand community profiles of fanbases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Digital marketing experience within the entertainment industry.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, streaming services, and other digital platforms.
  • Highly organized and able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in commissioning/producing audio/visual content and assets is preferred.
