We are seeking a seasoned Retail Property Administrator who can join our dynamic and supportive team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day administration of our retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries from stakeholders including tenants, contractors and customers
  • Lease administration - new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments
  • End of month reporting - sales figures and foot traffic analysis
  • Maintain the lease tracker and manage documents for new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments
  • Arrears and outgoings management
  • Maintain and review critical dates list and issue letters for option windows
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required

You will be working proactively and autonomously, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
