This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with diverse disabilities. As a Service Facilitator, you will play a vital part in facilitating and administering exceptional support services that cater to the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely provision of services and support to clients in accordance with NDIS, regulatory, and organisational guidelines.
- Effectively manage rosters to facilitate accurate claims for payment under the NDIS system.
- Assist clients in managing their finances in compliance with CPL policies and procedures, where applicable Public Trustee guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor Disability Support Worker teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between services, staff, and stakeholders to provide optimal support to clients.
- Participate in an ongoing on-call roster, paid as per SCHADS award.

- Experience in managing disability support services, complex support needs, and understanding of NDIS Plans.
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Pro-active and energetic approach to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Experience and skill in team supervision, leading people to achieve their goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Well-developed administrative and financial management skills.
- Current 'C' class driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Blue card and NDIS worker screening clearance.
