We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker.
This role involves delivering support services such as:
- Helping with errands, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming
- Supporting with personal hygiene and dressing
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Monitoring medication
- Scheduling and attending appointments
- Providing companionship and engaging in social activities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A warm and caring nature
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A positive and practical attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A current driver's license
- Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
