Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Community Care Assistant to join our team. As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide essential support services to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

The role involves delivering a range of domestic cleaning and unaccompanied shopping services to clients with low to high levels of care needs. You will work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver domestic cleaning and unaccompanied shopping services to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client wellbeing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate II in Cleaning (advantageous)
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly
  • Eye for detail and high standards of service delivery
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
