Administrative Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator or ICT professional to manage front-of-house operations, coordinate client communications, and resolve IT enquiries with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal teams and clients with administrative or ICT tasks, including reception duties and document management
  • Respond to service desk queries and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual who can juggle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in administration and/or ICT service desk roles
  • Familiarity with software such as Microsoft 365, Xero, or service management tools
