We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a City Planning Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the broader team by undertaking research for consulting projects in various sectors.

As a City Planning Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Undertaking field research to gather preliminary data and knowledge across a wide range of sources and networks;">
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis from research materials;">
  • Collating and analyzing data and presenting insights to assist the team in delivering evidence-based advice to clients;">
  • Using appropriate tools such as GIS, internal databases, and Microsoft Office to extract, populate, and manipulate data;">
  • Assisting in proposal, report, and advice preparation;">
  • Effectively undertaking most components of basic analyses independently, including appropriate use of definitions, inputs, calculations, data sources, systems, procedures, and basic level forecasts;">

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Economics, Commerce, Town Planning, Business, Finance, or a related discipline;">
  • A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with skills in Power Pivot Tables & Charts;">
