You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking cemetery services and associated operations, ensuring quality service delivery.">
  • Preparing grave sites for burials, placing ashes in columbarium walls, and installing headstones and plaques.">
  • Engaging with diverse stakeholders to optimise service delivery outcomes.">
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures and work instructions relevant to Cemetery Services.">
  • Contributing actively to a work environment promoting participation, teamwork, and innovation.">

  • Sound skills and technical knowledge in cemetery operations.">
  • Strong experience in working as part of a broader team across various work sites.">
  • Sound experience in customer service, particularly in communicating with grieving members of the public in a sensitive and courteous manner.">
  • Experience in undertaking manual tasks safely and conscientiously.">
  • A current C class driver's licence.">
  • Construction Induction Card competency obtained within the past 2 years.">
