Grounds Team Manager Position

Our Facility Management department is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a high-performing grounds team in the care, maintenance, and development of customer sites. This role requires using professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans, policies, and allocated hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in supervising staff and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate:

- Qualifications or experience in horticulture, lawns & gardens is desirable
- A methodical approach to your work
- A current driver's license
- A professional approach to the workplace
- Execution of work that is of a high standard
- A strong commitment to and understanding of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
