The Sales Trainee position offers the opportunity to learn and develop product knowledge, hone your skills in comprehensive demonstrations, and provide high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to customers.
- Provide top-notch customer service for in-store queries, supporting colleagues in addressing questions about vehicles and financial services.
- Learn and develop effective communication skills to clearly explain product benefits and features, building strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and process sales contracts as needed.
- Assist with customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.
About You
We seek a customer-focused individual who excels in dynamic sales environments. A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or automotive industry is beneficial, along with the ability to multitask in fast-paced situations, demonstrate sound judgment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
