Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehousing, including inventory control, stock management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Load and unload freight, incoming and outgoing, and ensure accurate receipting of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stocking of shelves and stock ordering, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver goods to clients and customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Full Driver's License – Essential
  • Forklift License – Preferred but not essential
  • Warehousing or similar industry experience, with a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
