Job Title: Digital Platform Manager

Platform Leadership and Management

The role involves overseeing the development, deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of learning delivery platforms. This includes managing platform design, procurement, and documentation creation.

A strong leader is required to provide expert strategic advice on platform management, ensuring effective overarching management. Develop and manage business service performance processes for platform availability, integrity, reliability, and stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned KPIs and documenting business continuity, disaster recovery, and service management plans to protect critical operations.
