Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at adidas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key accounts and categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales growth and budget compliance.

• Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply.

• Monitor and report on customer performance, including market shares, budget compliance, and DSO.

Requirements:

• University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.

• At least 2 years of sales experience as a KAM or in the field.

• Industry experience in apparel, fashion, shoes, or FMCG.
